To produce a roadmap your executive team can actually act on, we need access to the systems and people that define your operation. We'll scope this on the strategy call before the engagement begins, but here's what a typical Blueprint requires.

We Build Your Blueprint
Twelve specialist agents work in parallel to analyze everything we've gathered, rank the opportunities, model value ranges and payback assumptions for each recommendation, and build the complete Blueprint. A Catalyst principal reviews every section before assembly.
Walk Away With a Plan

Blueprint engagements involve deep access to your operations. That requires a serious approach to security, not a paragraph buried in an FAQ.
Mutual NDA
We sign a mutual NDA before any discovery work begins. Your operational data, workflows, system architecture, financials, and strategic information are protected for the duration of the engagement and beyond.
Data access scope
We request read-only access to the systems we need to produce the diagnostic. No production write access. No access to systems outside the scope of the engagement. Access is granted for the engagement window and revoked at delivery, either by us or by your team.
AI providers and subprocessors
Our AI providers are configured under commercial terms that do not permit customer data to be used for model training. We do not allow your operational data to be used for model training. Full subprocessor list available on request.
Internal access
Inside Catalyst, access to your engagement data is limited to the agents and principal assigned to your Blueprint. We do not move engagement data through general team channels.
Data retention
Unless otherwise agreed, engagement data is retained for up to 90 days after delivery to support follow-up questions and any continuing engagement, then removed from active working systems.
Documentation
A full security and data handling statement is available on request during procurement or before discovery access is granted.
Pricing
Fixed-fee, scoped on the strategy call.
Blueprint engagements are scoped on the strategy call and typically range from $15,000 to $35,000 depending on the complexity of your operation. We agree on fixed-fee pricing before any work begins. No hourly billing. Scope is agreed before work begins, and any material expansion is discussed and priced separately.
The strategy call is free. If your engagement is not a fit for a Blueprint, we will tell you on the call.
What Happens After Blueprint
Implementation, on your terms.
The Blueprint is yours. It is designed to be actionable regardless of who implements the recommendations. Three common paths:
Take it to your team
Most Blueprints include recommendations your existing engineering and operations teams can implement directly. The roadmap is specific enough to act on, with effort estimates and technical specs.
Take it to another vendor
The Blueprint is vendor-neutral. If a different implementation partner makes more sense, the roadmap travels with you. No lock-in.
Continue with Catalyst
If you want us to build, we can pick up where the Blueprint left off through Intelligent Automation or Custom Software.
Pricing and timeline for follow-on work are scoped separately. The Blueprint becomes the foundation for that scope.
